Together we can make a change

More than a service club
Kiwanis Barossa is part of a global organisation focused on improving the lives of children and young people, one community at a time.
Founded in the Barossa Valley in 1986, our club brings together people from all walks of life who share a common goal: making a positive difference through kindness, connection, and community service.
We’re proud to support local children, families, schools, and organisations through fundraising, volunteering, and hands-on community involvement.
But beyond the projects and events, Kiwanis is also about friendship, creating genuine connections while working together toward something meaningful.
How we raise funds
Our fundraising efforts help support a wide range of local and global initiatives focused on improving the lives of children and families.
We raise funds and volunteer through:
-
Community events and catering
-
Local sporting and festival support
-
Fundraising dinners and special events
-
Event marshalling and volunteer assistance
-
Partnerships with local organisations and initiatives
Every contribution helps create opportunities, provide support, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Why join Kiwanis?
People join Kiwanis for many reasons, to give back, meet new people, support their community, or simply be part of something meaningful.
Meet up with us!
The Barossa Kiwanis Club usually meets on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at the The Vine Inn, Nuriootpa. Come join us for a meal, fun, learning and friendship. Call us for further details.
